The Role
We are looking for a Podcast Manager who will manage our podcast from a business and growth perspective. This role is not about editing or production. Your main focus will be commercial podcasts, sponsorships, collaborations, and partnerships.

Manage and coordinate our podcast operations end-to-end (non-production)
Bring commercial podcast opportunities and paid collaborations
Pitch and close sponsorship deals for podcast episodes
Coordinate with brands, agencies, and partners for podcast placements
Manage collaborations with other podcasts, creators, and media channels
Handle communication, negotiations, and follow-ups with partners
Ensure smooth execution of sponsored and collaborative episodes
Maintain a pipeline of potential sponsors and collaboration opportunities
What You'll Do
Manage our podcast from start to finish
Coordinate with hosts, guests, and internal teams
Work with editors to ensure quality and on-time delivery
Plan and manage the episode schedule
Handle sponsored and collaborative podcast episodes
Bring new ideas to improve podcast growth and reach
The Ideal Candidate
Should think like a business owner and growth strategist, not just an operator
You have experience managing podcasts, media partnerships, or branded content
You understand how podcasts are monetized through sponsorships and collaborations
You are confident communicating with brands, agencies, creators, and partners
You know how to pitch podcast opportunities and close commercial deals
You can manage multiple partnerships and episodes at the same time
You understand podcast platforms and audience growth basics
You are highly organized and strong at follow-ups and coordination
You collaborate well with internal teams and external partners
You pay attention to details in deals, timelines, and deliverables
You take ownership of results and are accountable for podcast growth and revenue
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring both a commercial mindset and execution capability.
Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience managing podcasts, media properties, creator partnerships, or branded content
Proven experience in podcast monetization through sponsorships, paid collaborations, or partnerships
Strong understanding of how podcasts drive business growth, not just downloads
Hands-on experience pitching brands, negotiating deals, and closing commercial partnerships
Ability to manage multiple sponsors, collaborations, and episodes simultaneously
Familiarity with podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.) and audience growth fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach and negotiations
Mindset & Ownership
You think like a business owner, not a task executor
You are comfortable being accountable for revenue, growth, and outcomes
Highly organized with strong follow-up systems and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Ability to coordinate smoothly with hosts, editors, internal teams, and external partners
Coaching and Development
At DigitalDhairya.com, we don’t just hire talent—we compound it.
You will receive:
Direct exposure to real-world business strategy, data-driven decision-making, and growth frameworks
Hands-on learning in high-ticket sponsorships, premium partnerships, and media monetization
Access to proven systems we use internally to grow information-based businesses
Strategic feedback to help you think beyond execution and into ownership-level decision-making
Opportunity to grow into a Head of Media Partnerships / Podcast Growth Lead role as the podcast scales
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build long-term leverage, not just manage episodes.
You Shouldn't Apply If
This role is not for everyone. Please don’t apply if:
You’re primarily an audio editor or production specialist
You’re looking for a purely creative or technical podcast role
You’re uncomfortable pitching brands, negotiating deals, or talking about money
You expect step-by-step instructions for everything
You avoid ownership, targets, or accountability
You’re not interested in business growth, revenue, or partnerships
You’re looking for a short-term or side project role
